摘    要:单声道超声流量传感器在选定的流速剖面,采用声脉冲传播路径上流速获取流体线平均速度,从而积算体积流量。为提高超声流量传感器测量精度,对单声道超声流量传感器的测量误差和不确定性进行了深入分析,提出能够精确反映声程线速度的多声道测量方式。根据Gauss积分准则给出一种18声道超声流量传感器换能器结构布局,建立时差式双传感器超声流量测量理论模型。讨论安装角度、轴向位置、轴向角等对传感器性能的影响。该模型应用于某大流量水轮机效率模拟测量工程,测试试验结果与理论模型分析计算结果一致,测量精度显著提高。

Abstract:The errors and uncertainty of single path ultrasonic flow sensors were analyzed,which use instantaneous velocities to calculate the mean linear velocity and obtain the volume flow rate.Multipath ultrasonic flow measurement was then introduced to improve the measurement accuracy based on the above analyses.A structural arrangement with 18 paths was designed using the Gaussian quadrature method,with a mathematical model established for dual-sensor travel-time ultrasonic flow measurement and with the effects o...
