| 摘 要： | 用半乳糖诱发大鼠白内障，研究障复明滴眼液对白内障的防治作用．测定了晶体内的可溶性蛋白，ＳＯＤ（超氧化物歧化酶），ＧＳＨ（谷胱甘肽）和ＭＤＡ（丙二醛）水平．结果表明，障复明滴眼液具有保护晶体抗氧化防御体系的功能，能延缓和控制白内障的形成，对早期白内障有一定的治疗作用．

| Abstract: | This study was designed to investigate the effect of Zhang Fuming eye drops on preventing and curing cataract of lenses induced by galactose in rat and test the levels of soluble protein, SOD, GSH and MDA in lenses. The result showed that Zhang Fuming eye drops had played a good protective function in the system of defense against oxidation of the lens. It could delay and control the formation of the cataract. In addition, Zhang Fuming eye drops also had definite curative effect on the early cataract. |
