| 摘 要： | 对102例活动性胃肠道大出血患者，在24～48h内进行急诊喷洒凝血酶止血治疗，结果永久性止血87例，占85％，暂时性止血9例，占8．8％，无效6例，占5．9％，表明内镜下喷洒凝血酶是治疗活动性胃肠出血准确可靠，快速有效的方法。

| Abstract: | In order to observe effects that spraying fibrin ferment with endoscope treats patients with avtive bleeding of gastrointesinal tract, the author undertakes a statistical study among 102 patients and who are given an emergency fibrin ferment therapy with in 24-48 hours, Results show that 87 cases(85%) permanently recover, the symptoms of 9 cases(8. 8%) are tempcrarly modified and only 6 cases(5.9%) are invalid. Study indicated that this treatment is an reliable and effective method. |
