摘    要:研究了加入非离子表面活性剂OP-10时有机颜料光催化降解过程,实验选用的颜料为艳红6B(C.I.Pigment Red482),以高压汞灯为光源,TiO2为催化剂.通过改变水溶液的pH值和OP-10的浓度,考察了颜料和OP-10各自的降解特性.实验结果表明,酸性条件下,OP-10的存在明显加快了颜料的降解,碱性条件下反而抑制了颜料的降解.中性条件下,OP-10的增溶对体系的降解有一定影响,浓度为0.126g/L(2.5cmc)时,颜料和OP-10降解效果最好.

Abstract:The present thesis is related to the photocatalytic degradation process of an organic pigment, for example, C. I. Pigment Red 48: 2(R6B), in the presence of photo catalyst TiO2 under irradiation of high pressure Hg lamp. Added with nonionic surfactant OP-10, the experiments were mainly focused on the effects of pH in aqueous solution, concentration of OP-10 on the degradation process of R6B and OP-10. The experimental results showed that OP-10 improved remarkably the degradation rate of R6B in acidic media while lowered the degradation rate in alkaline media. In neutral conditions, OP-10 enhanced the solubility of R6B/TiO2 system, which sightly affected the degradation process. Especially in case of 0.126 g/L (2.5 cmc), a better conversion trend of R6B and OP-10 occurred.
