One Dimensional Kinetic Study on E-Beam-Excited KrF Laser Including the Vibrational Relaxation |

Abstract: | This model considers four vibrational levels in the upper state of KrF(B), some three body reaction rate constants vary on temperature and unhomogeneous pumping in longitudinal direction and some simulations are verified in our experiments. It can get some parameters such as F2 and R2 selections for our experiments. It is a good and handy tool to simulate our experiments. |
