| 摘 要： | 高效液相色谱法测定了喷昔洛韦钠原料药的含量,并与常量非水滴定法的测定结果进行了比较,该法简便、快速、结果准确。为喷昔洛韦钠药物在生产过程中的质量控制提供了可靠依据。

| Abstract: | HPLC method was used in determination of penciclovir sodium.Compared with conventional nonaqueous titration,this method is more simple,rapid,accurate and can be applicable to the practical supervision for the quality control in production process of penciclovir sodium. |
