The Design of Searching Power Electronic Device in PDF Database Automatically

PDF has been used as a main tool for delivering information on Intemet because of its high compression, file protection and network transmission. It is also the save format for datasheet of power electronic devices. It is crucial to choose the appropriate device for researchers in power electronics. However, it is no easy task to get the expected device among a large amount of datasheet. This paper presents an innovative searching way for device datasheet, which can greatly improve the efficiency of searching datasheet.
