汞的电热原子吸收研究及其应用

Abstract:In graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry of mercury. addition of 20 g/L selenium improves the peak height for 1 mg/L Hg by 30 times. The effect is due to amalgam formation. The detection limit is 30. 0 ng. The method allows higher ashing temperatures than for solution without Se and can be applied to determination of the trace Hg in human hair,successfully.
