摘    要:等规立构聚丁烯-1是结晶型聚合物,具有突出的耐热抗蠕变性,优异的韧性、耐环境应力开裂性、耐磨性、耐燃性和优良的可加工性、环保性等,特别适合于制备管材。本文对近年来聚丁烯-1的制备研究状况进行了综述,主要介绍了Ziegler-Natta催化体系中给电子体、其它相关反应条件对聚丁烯-1结构的影响,同时介绍了相关催化剂的一般制备方法。介绍不同结构茂金属对聚丁烯-1结构的影响。针对我国聚丁烯-1研究现状和发展前景提出研究开发聚丁烯-1树脂等新材料应用具有重要的社会和经济意义。

Abstract:Polybutene-1 is mainly used in the manufacture of pipe area instead of metal pipe because of the good properties such as thermostability,creep resistance,pressure resistance,environmental stress,crack resistance,flammability resistance,grinding resistance,superior processibility and environmental protection and so on.The recent progress both in Ziegler-Natta catalysts and metallocenes for preparing polybutene-1 is reviewed in this paper including 31 literatures.In the case of Ziegler-Natta catalysts,we introduce mainly the effect of electron donors and other reaction conditions on the structure of polybutene-1 as well as the preparation of Ziegler-Natta catalysts.In the meantime,we focuse on the influence of metallocene structure on the structure of polybutene-1.Furthermore,our opinion on the development of polybutene-1 in our country is put forward.
