对深化物理实验教学改革与学生创新能力培养的思考

摘    要:培养大学生创新能力是高等院校共同的目标。大学物理实验教学对培养学生创新能力具有其独特的优势,但优势的充分发挥还有赖于改革物理实验教学。指出了深化物理实验教学改革存在的四个方面的问题:即大学新生、实验教师与实验技术人员队伍、硬件设施与经费以及实验室的管理。提出了解决这些问题的建议。

Abstract:Cultivating students' innovative ability is tile common goal of colleges and universities. University physics experiment teaching has its unique advantages in cultivating students' innovative ability. To play suffieiendy tile advantages depends on reform- ing physics experiment teaching. Four problems in further reforming, freshmaan, teachers and experiment staff, hardware and funds as well as the laboratory management, is pointed out. Some Suggestions to solve these problems is Put forward.
