Abstract: | The results on the structure and composition of the epoxyacyl-, hydroxyacyl-, and epoxyacylhydroxyacylacylglycerols ofOnopordum acanthium L. seeds obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis have been supplemented with the aid of mass spectrometry.
