摘    要:研究了南四湖各生态功能湖区(养殖区、禁渔区、航道及湖滨带)垂向不同深度沉积物对磷的吸附动力学及等温吸附曲线,并分析了沉积物各形态磷与磷吸附特征参数的相关关系.研究结果表明:①各层沉积物对磷的吸附在10h内基本达到平衡,最大吸附量Qmax随着沉积深度的增加而增大;②随着沉积深度的增加,吸附-解吸平衡浓度Cepc和本底吸附态磷ωNAP含量均逐渐减小,吸附效率m逐渐增大;③吸附-解吸平衡浓度Cepc与Ex-P、Fe-P含量显著正相关,最大吸附量Qmax与Ex-P、org-P和TP含量均呈显著负相关关系,本底吸附态磷ωNAP与Ex-P、De-P含量呈显著正相关关系,吸附效率m仅与org-P含量呈显著正相关关系.

Abstract:The adsorption characteristics of phosphate on the vertical sediments from different functional regions(fish aquaculture,closed fishing areas,waterway and lake shore) of Nansi Lake were determined in laboratory,and the correlativity between phosphorus species in sediments and phosphate adsorption characteristics were also analyzed.The results indicated that the phosphate adsorption process reached equilibrium within 10h,and the maximal phosphate adsorption capacity(Qmax) for sediment increased with depth.Th...
