Study on the cation recognition characteristic of CdS thin film photoelectrochomical cell

Abstract:CdS thin film were prepared by chemical bath deposition(CBD)method on the substrates of SnO_2 glass.Photoelectrochemical cells used CdS thin film were fabricated.The results indicated that performance of photoelectrochemical cells changed when injecting different cation solution.CdS thin film photoelectrochemical cell exhibited recognition characteristic of Cd~(2 )ion,and this recognition characteristic possess of high selectivities over common cations.
