Abstract:(Bi2-xLix)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 ceramics were prepared by a solid phase reaction method. The effects of partial substitution of Li+ for Bi3+ on the phase structures and dielectric properties of (Bi2-xLix)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 ceramics were investigated. The results show that (Bi2-xLix)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 ceramics have single monoclinic pyrochlore phase when 0< x ≤0.100. The relaxation phenomenon of the tanδ is obviously observed at –30 ~ +130 ℃. A defect dipole model is used to explain this phenomenon. When x increases from 0.025 to 0.050 and 0.075 then 0.100, the peak temperature of tanδ for Li-doped samples are –10,15,30 and 65 ℃ respectively,and the temperature coefficient of permittivity increases firstly, then decreases at 1 MHz.
