摘    要:提出了一种基于光差拍技术频率合成器的设计方案,频率合成器可以实现DC~×10^2GHz频率范围的梳状谱信号输出。利用10GHz光电探测器(PD)对一腔长为27m的环形腔掺铒光纤激光器输出的多纵模激光进行差拍,得到频率间隔为7.63MHz的梳状信号。受PD响应速率的影响,梳状谱信号的频率范围为DC~10GHz。在此基础上...

Abstract:In this paper,a scheme of a novel frequency synthesizer based on the optical heterodyne technique is proposed.Afrequency comb with frequency range from DC to hundreds of GHz can be obtained in the frequency synthesizer proposed by us.A 10 GHz-photoelectric detector is utilized to detect the multi-longitudinal-mode laser beam which is produced by a multi-longitudinal mode Er3+-doped fiber ring laser with cavity length of 27 m,and a series of beating signals with frequency spacing of 7.63 MHz are obtained at the output port of the detector.The frequency range of the frequency comb is from DC to 10 GHz restricted by the bandwidth of the photoelectric detector,which is 10 GHz.Frequency selection and combination can be realized based on the tunable band-pass filter.
