低温下YBCO磁弛豫特性研究

摘    要:通过建立磁通线的量子隧穿模型,并结合热激活磁通运动下的理论结果,本文对0~30 K范围内高温超导体YBCO的磁弛豫现象进行了研究,得出了在该温度范围内量子隧穿效应和热激活磁通运动混合共存的重要结论.

Abstract:The quantum tunneling model that we constructed of fluxes and the theoretical result of thermally activated flux creep movement were combined in this paper by us to study the magnetic relaxation of high Tc superconductivity YBCO in the range of 0~30 K, then we got the results that the effect of quantum tunneling of flux and the movement of thermally activated flux creep could be existed at the same time in a certain temperature range.
