摘    要:对驻波驱动型双弯曲压电振子基板与凸起之间的振动及其相位关系进行了解析推导 ,从理论上说明了双弯曲压电振子在单一信号激励下能够生成椭圆运动并形成驱动能力。为这种振子的进一步开发应用奠定了理论基础

Abstract:The vibrations and phase relations between base plate and protrusions of standing wave tangent bend piezoelectric vibrator were derived analytically. The tangent bend piezoelectric vibrator actuated by single driving signal has capabilities in generating elliptic motion and performing actuation according to theoretical analysis. The theoretical foundation for further development and application of such vibrators was laid.
