Raman Spectra of a Surfactant on Thermaltropic Liquid Crystal Property |

| Abstract: | Abstract Thermaltropic liquid crystal property of a surfactant C16SBC4N was investigated by means of Raman spectroscopy. Vibrations were assigned and compared with those of it in aqueous bilayer. Ordered disordered change in the process of phase transition was discussed through pealheight intensity rations, Raman shift, while more ordered structure in crystal bilayer than that in aqueous bilayer was confirmed. |
