挑选作业优化问题的研究

摘    要:针对自动化仓库固定货架拣选作业的特点,为了提高自动化仓库固定货架拣选作业的工作效率,建立了货物拣选路径优化问题的数学模型。介绍了模拟退火算法和粒子群算法的基本原理,应用杂交算法和带高斯变异算法在模拟退火操作下对较优的粒子群进行寻优运算,设计了模拟退火粒子群优化算法。实例证明,该算法具有较好的全局寻优能力,能取得令人满意的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the picking characteristics for Fixed shelf of automated warehouse , we construct the mathematical mod-el of picking routine optimization in order to improve picking efficiency of fixed shelf .This paper introduces the basic theory of simu-lated annealing algorithm and particle swarm algorithm , searching optimizing calculation for good particle swarm under simulated an-nealing by hybrid algorithm and Gaussian mutation algorithm , and designing SA-PSO ( simulated anneal-particle swarm optimiza-tion) .The experiment proves that the algorithm has better overall searching ability and obtains the satisfactory result .
