| 摘 要： | 叶醇(顺-3-己烯-1-醇)是具有青香香气的重要香料,近年来出现了许多新的合成方法和路线.概述了叶醇的天然存在,对叶醇的各种合成方法进行了综述,并作了评价,最后介绍了叶醇的应用情况,分析了叶醇的发展前景.
