| 摘 要： | 在中国近代民营航运业发展进程中，虞洽卿以敏锐的眼光和非凡的魄力投身于几乎被外国经济侵略势力垄断了的我国轮船航运事业，建立了近代中国最大的民营航运企业，被誉为近代我国民族航运的巨擘和船王。文章运用博弈思维的方法，对虞洽卿勇于进取，敢于博弈，善于博弈，在遏制外国轮运势力、维护中国航运主权和发展民族航运业中的活动及贡献进行了分析，总结出他从事的民营航运活动留给当今的启示。

| Abstract: | In the development of modern Chinese private shipping industry,Yu Qia-Qing with keen insight and fabulous vigor has been involved in Chinese shipping industry which was almost monopolized by foreign companies. For being enterprising and proficient in competing,he eslablished the largest modem China＇s private shipping enterprise. What＇s more,he had played a significant role in containing foreign shipping companies,safeguarding China＇s sovereignty in maritime and national shipping industry as well as tremendous contributions to Chin a＇s modern shipping industry. The practice of his shipping activity is worth thinking and reference for the futher generations. |
