军用装备智能故障诊断仪设计

摘    要:为解决军用装备在野外作业时的快速故障诊断难题,利用先进的单片机技术、传感器技术、故障诊断技术和专家系统技术,设计并制作了具有测试功能、通信功能和智能诊断功能的便携式军用装备智能诊断仪.较好地解决了单片机系统的大容量存储、低功耗设计、图文混显、与计算机安全通信及基于单片机系统的故障智能诊断推理软件设计等技术问题.给出了主要硬件设计电路和软件设计思想.

Abstract:To quickly solve the problem of diagnosing the malfunction military equipment in the open air, an intelligent portable diagnostic apparatus was schemed out and made. Singleehip technology, modern sensor technology, fault diagnosing technology and the expert system were used in the apparatus with the ability to test, communicate and automatically diagnose. Some difficult problems often seen in the MCU system such as bulky storage, low consume design, mixed display of characters and pictures, safe communication with computers and the design of the intelligent reasoning diagnosis software running in the MCU system were all solved. The main hardware eireuits and software design methods were also introdueed.
