摘    要:在离心叶轮在母线几何设计方法基础上发展了叶轮弯曲母线造型方法。使用这种方法不仅可对现有叶轮进行精确模拟,还可在设计中利用叶片弯曲控制离心叶轮槽道内二砍流动,达成减少损失的目的。使用三元粘性数值模拟技术对这一机理进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:A novel geometry method for centrifugal impeller blade with curvilinear elements has been developed based on a straight-line elemellt method. By the use of the new method not only the existed impeller can be simulated more exactly, but also the new impeller with bow blades can be drafted. The 3D viscous numerical simulation showed that secondary flow within the impeller channel can be colltrolled by the bowing of blades; correspondingly the losses of secondary flow can be reduced significantly.
