鳖白底板病的显微和超微结构观察

对鳖白底板病的显微与超微结构病理学进行了研究 .结果表明 :肠上皮萎缩、微绒毛脱落、胞器减少 .肝脏病变最为严重 ,其实质细胞肿胀 ,胞核结构异常 ,进而呈脂肪变性、溶酶体大量增多 ,局部出现坏死病灶 ,肾近曲小管上皮细胞肿胀、颗粒变性、细胞自溶 .脾脏红髓缩小 ,多数细胞及核异形 ,严重者细胞破裂、解体 .心肌细胞透明样变、横纹横糊 ,胞核固缩 .病变组织中红血细胞数量锐减 ,炎性细胞增多 .病变细胞内多数线粒体和内质网扩张、基质流失呈空泡化

Studies on the Micro-ultrastructure of White Abdominal Shell of Soft-shelled Turtle,Triongx sinensis

The micro ultrastructural pathology of white abdominal shell of soft shelled turtle, Triongx sinensis ,was studied.The results showed that intestinal epithelial cells atrophied, microvilli were fell away,organelle decreased.The pathological changes were serious in the liver,where the cells swelled and neucleus were deformed, finally fat degenerated,lysosomes increased largely and some necrotic foci were observed in the liver.The epithelial cells in the proximal convoluted tubules of kideny also showed swelled,granular degeneration,and the cytolysis occured.The red pulpses of spleen reduced in size,the cells and neucleus were deformed,fimally the cells of spleen disintegeated.The cells of heart were hyaloid degeneration,muscles cross striation were blurred,and muscles neucleus pycnoticed.The erythrocyte greatly decreased and inflammatory cells increased in the diseased tissuse.The mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulam were dilatant and their matrixes were vacuolated in the diseaseed cells.
