Ti在TiY分子筛骨架中的稳定性研究

摘    要:采用水热法直接合成了含过渡金属Ti的杂原TiY分子筛,并通过x射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(xRF)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis-DRs)和x射线光电子能谱(XPS)对经过超稳和水热处理前后的TiY分子筛进行了表征.结果表明:少量杂原子Ti进入到分子筛的骨架后,不影响Y分子筛的晶型,水热前后TiY分子筛中的Ti含量基本相同,且水热处理后TiY分子筛中的大部分Ti仍处于分子筛骨架上.说明杂原子Ti在TiY分子筛中具有良好的骨架稳定性.

Abstract:The hetero-atom zeolite TiY was synthesized by the process of hydrothermal synthesis.The state of hetero-atom Ti existing in the zeolite TiY and hydrothermal stability of zeolite TiY were characterized by means of XRD,XRF,UV-vis-DRS and XPS.The results showed that hetero-atom Ti introduced into the framework of zeolite does not affect the crystallographic form of zeolite Y;after hydro-thermal treatment,the Ti-content of zeolite TiY didn't decrease;the most of hetero-atom Ti was still in the framework of zeo...
