| 摘 要： | 在研究当前国内外办公自动化优缺点和相关技术的基础上,设计了一个通用办公自动化系统。系统总体结构基于浏览器/服务器模式的三层体系结构,数据访问层采用抽象工厂模式,系统的权限管理采用了基于角色的访问控制模型,日程安排提醒采用AJAX的基本工作原理实现。系统具有实用性、易用性、灵活性、智能性和可维护性等特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of home and abroad office automation,a generic office automation system was designed.The overall structure was based on the browser/server model and three layers architecture,including the use of Abstract Factory design pattern in data access layer. The Scheduling reminding was designed by the principle of AJAX.The office automation system is Practical,Flexible and intelligence. |
