| Abstract: | The operational principle of a self-correctional instrument for measuring spatial displacement is described briefly and the measurement accuarciesof the guide measurnent unit and thewhole instument are derived and calculated' Several proposals are offered for increasing the wholemeasurement accuracy and providing a theoretical basis for the accuracy design of the instru-ment. |
