| Abstract: | A reaction of styrene with the di(2-pyridyl) diselenide??antimony pentachloride system furnishes 2,3-dihydro1,3]selenazolo3,2-a]pyridinium chloroantimonates(III) and (V), the products of cycloaddition of the selenylating agent at the multiple bond. |
