Identifing the principle of constancy of light velocity using its definition |

| Abstract: | The principle of constancy of light velocity is identifed using its definition on the basis of three relativity effects in this paper. The relativity and unity of space and time are emphasized. It is pointed out that time and space parameters in the same reference system must be used when we calculate the velocity of light pulse. |
