弓形折流板开孔位置的数值模拟研究

摘    要:在相同的开孔面积和开孔数目前提下,本文数值研究在开孔位置不同时圆缺高度为0.2D(D为折流板直径)的单弓型折流板换热器的壳程换热与流动阻力问题。数值结果表明:在折流板压强高的“高压区”,均匀地开孔对减小换热器壳程压降效果更好,其综合换热性能的性能评价因子E值也更好;在壳程入口速度为0.1m/s时,通过改变开孔位置,壳程压降可优化3%左右。

Abstract:On the premise of the same opening area and the number of opening holes,the effects of different opening positions of the segmental baffles of a single-bow baffle heat exchanger with a circular gap height of 0.2D on the heat transfer and flow resistance are studied in this paper.Numerical results show that the uniform opening hole in the high-pressure zone can better reduce the pressure drop of the heat exchanger,and it can also get a better efficiency evaluation coefficient(E)value of the comprehensive heat transfer performance.When the inlet velocity of shell side is 0.1m/s,the pressure drop of the shell side can be optimized to 3% by changing the positions of the opening hole.
