斜波导拉曼池提高准分子激光能量转换效率

摘    要:采用波导结构的拉曼氢气池,通过泵浦光束在波导内部的传播,增大了受激拉曼散射的作用区域,从而明显提高了转换效率。采用倾斜波导使光束截面在传播中逐渐收缩,在一定的气压范围内提高了转换效率,并从理论上分析讨论了提高效率的原因。

Abstract:By transmitting a pumping beam through a waveguide located in the H 2 Raman cell, the interaction region of the stimulated Raman scattering and conversion efficiency can be increased in the Raman cell. In this paper, by replacing the original waveguide with a tapered one, the conversion efficiency was further increased in some range of H 2 gas pressure. The results are theoretically analyzed and discussed.
