摘    要:根据铜丝除钒精制四氯化钛的生产实践及经常出现的问题,在生产工程设计时应结合生产实践,充分考虑粗四氯化钛料液中固体杂质和可溶性高沸点物质,生产设备选型、配置及材质选择,加热方式及热效率,废气管道走向及废气处理系统,铜丝塔的选型、工作条件,铜丝再生处理方法等问题。

Abstract:Based on production practice and frequent problems of removing vanadium refined raw titanium tetrachloride by copper wire,production engineering design should fully consider problems about solid impurity in liquid of raw titanium tetrachloride and soluble high boiling-point matter;selection,configuration and material of equipment,heating mode and heat efficiency,alignment of gas pipeline and waste gas treatment system,selection of the copper wire tower,working conditions,and copper wire regeneration process...
