阳离子改性壳聚糖的合成工艺

摘    要:弱碱性条件下,在壳聚糖(CTS)上引入2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)基团,使其阳离子化。采用正交试验通过测定合成产物的取代度确定其最佳合成条件,再用红外光谱对产物结构进行表征。结果表明:CTS/CTA质量比=1∶5,溶胀时间60 min,碱化温度35℃,反应温度60℃,反应时间9 h为该工艺的优化条件,在此条件下合成...

Abstract:In the poor of alkaline conditions,the 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride group was introduced onto chitosan in order to obtain the cationic chitosan.Using orthogonal test,the optimal synthesis conditions was determined by measuring the degree of substitution of synthetic products,and products structures were characterized by infra-red spectrum.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions were mCTS/mCTA=1∶5,the swelling time of 60 min,the alkalization temperature of 35℃,the reaction temperature of 60℃,the reaction time of 9 h.In these conditions the degree of substitution of synthetic products was about 88.8%,and the quatemary ammonium group is attached to the amino which is on the chtiosan.
