| Abstract: | The main topic of this paper is comparing the merits and shortcomings of the cleaning methods for several kinds of optical components comprehensively.We have got the conclusion that the laser cleaning technique is the most ideal cleaning technical currently.In the meantime,we have made detailed illustration of the laser cleaning technique in mechanism and development foreground. |
