摘    要:研究了在pH=9-10的碱性介质中邻苯二酚和铁(Ⅲ)反应生成的暗红色阴离子络合物,此络合物与强碱性阴离子树脂发生离子交换,并与过量的铁离子分离,利用原子吸收法测定过量的铁离子,从而达到测定邻苯二酚的目的。本方法线性范围为0-100mg/L,检出限为0.1mg/L,回收率为94.5%-102%,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A novel method was developed for the indirect determination of catechol by AAS.Catechol and iron can form exceptionally stable anionic complex in basic solutions,after separating between the anioni complex and the superfluous iron by anionic resin,the superfluous iron was determined by AAS.The negative correlation between the absorbence of iron and the concentration of catechol was linear in the range of 0_100mg/L.The detect limit is 0.1mg/L and the recovery ratio is in the range of 94.5%_102.0%.The results are satisfactory.
