| 摘 要： | 采用叶仁敏修订的"成就动机量表"(AMS),调查西昌学院彝族学生成就动机影响因素,以了解本学院彝族大学生成就动机影响因素。调查结果显示:性别、年级因素显著影响着彝族大学生的成就动机。
