摘 要: | 连续床作为一种新型的色谱固定相,具有制备简单、渗透性好、柱效高等优点,已广泛应用于HPLC和CEC。本文重点评述了连续床制备技术的进展。附参考文献65篇。

Preparation Techniques of Monolithic Column for HPLC and CEC |

Abstract: | Monolithic materials have quickly become a well established stationary phase in the fields of chromatography and capillary electrochromatography because they possess many advantages over conventional stationary phase such as permeability and efficiency. This review summarizes the contributions of numerous groups working in this rapidly growing area, with a focus on the preparation techniques of monoliths. Though these technologies are not theoretically oriented for the time being, this review shows some principles for the preparation of monoliths. |
