摘    要:落锤式准动标定装置是一种能力产生类似于半正统压力脉冲的压力发生器,可模拟枪炮膛内压力,进行电测压力传感器和塑性测压器的高压准动态校准,该装置的技术关键是压力发生器的密封性能,该文对国内正在研制的新型落锤动樯装置的密封部分进行了分析,选择了铅和测压油(一种混合油)作间隙密封的密封介质,并在200~700MPa的高压下进行了实验,结果表明,铅的耐高压和密封性能较好,采用铅环填料密封优于测压测垫片式密封

Abstract:Falling hammer semidynamic calibration device is a kind of pressure generator which can produce analogy semisinusoidal pressure pulse simulating pressure of gun chamber and it is used as high pressure dynamic calibration for pressure sensor and plastic measuring device. Its key technology is the sealing property of pressure generator. A sealing part of new type of falling hammer dynamic pressure calibrator being researched in our country, is analyzed; lead and measuring pressure oil(a kind of mixed oil)are used as sealing medium in crack sealing, and a special topic research and experiment is done under the high pressure from 200 MPa to 500 MPa,the result is analyzed and discussed, The conclusion is drawn that the sealing property of lead under high pressure is better than measuring pressure oil and the type of lead ring filling seal is better than the type of measuring pressure oil seal.
