| 摘 要： | 通过测定充血性心力衰竭患者血清和红细胞内４种微量元素，了解ＴＥ与ＣＨＦ的地５８例ＣＨＦ病人及４０例健康对照者采用火焰原子吸分收光光度法测定了血清和红细胞中的锌、铜、铁、用示波极谱法测定了硒。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the relationship between congestive heart failure(CHF)and the concentration of trace elements (TE),the levels of Zn,Cu,Fe in,serum and erythrocyte were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the level of Se was determined by polarography in 58 patients with CHF and 40 controls. The results showed that the level of serum Zn,Cu,Fe were obviously lower than those in the controls(P<005001).The level of serum Cu was much higher than that in the controls(P<005).The level of erythrocyte Zn,Cu,Se were much lower than those in the controls(P<005001),but the level of erythrocyte Fe was higher(P<005).It indicated that the development of CHF may be closely related to the changes of TE. |
