Modularly complemented geometric lattices |

| Abstract: | A geometric lattice L is strongly uniform if the quotients x1, 1] and x2, 1] are isomorphic for all x1, x2εL of the same rank. It is shown that if L is a simple geometric lattice in which each element has a modular complement then L is strongly uniform. |
