Cu2+和Zn2+对雨生红球藻的毒性效应

摘    要:以MAV为基本培养基,研究了重金属铜、锌离子对雨生红球藻的毒性效应.结果表明:铜的毒性要比锌大,且对藻的抑制效应随金属浓度的增加而增加;铜、锌对藻的24h、48h、72h的半抑制浓度分别为1.394mg/L、1.756mg/L、1.904mg/L和10.328mg/L、11.402mg/L、12.246mg/L.

Abstract:Using MAV as base media, the toxic effects of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ on Haematococcus pluvialis were studied.The results show that the toxic effect of Cu 2+ is bigger than Zn 2+ , and the inhibition on Heamatococcus pluvialis growth is increased along with the improvement of the concentration of heavy metals.The half inhibition concentration of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ Heamatococcus pluvialis are 1.394,1.756,1.904 mg/L and 10.328,11.402,12.246 mg/L respectively after being cultivated for 24,48 and 72 hours.
