摘    要:以粒径1μm左右的球形和斜方碳酸钙为模板,制备了不同形貌的SiO2中空粒子。通过SEM,TEM,XRD,BET,TGA等对模板和中空粒子的结构和性能进行了表征,对包覆机理进行了探讨。结果表明:由于碳酸钙对壳层具有良好的物理支撑作用和化学亲和作用,SiO2中空粒子不仅结构完整,孔径分布良好,而且准确地复制了模板表面的细微结构。该方法操作简便,成本低廉,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:Using the spherical and rhombohedral micrometer CaCO3 as templates, SiO2 hollow particles with different morphologies were obtained. SEM, TEM, XRD, BET and TGA were used to characterize the morphologies, crystal characterization and pore size distribution of templates and hollow particles, the preparation mechanism of hollow particles was discussed. Due to the physical supporting effect and chemical affinity interaction between CaCO3 and SiO2, hollow particles with uniform and intact shells replicated the fine structure of templates very well. This method is simple operation, low cost and suitable for industrial production.
