| Abstract: | The application of pulse polarography (PP) and differential pulse polarography (DPP) for the quantitative determination of berberine and Jatrorubine in aqueous, acidic solutions was investigated. The proposed methods could be successfully applied in the concentration range between 5·10–7 (DPP) or 1·10–6 (PP) and 5·10–5 mol/dm3 of alkaloids. |
