摘    要:本文在对车用柴油机硅油减震器轴系的扭转振动分析的基础上,给出了该柴油机危险谐次转速下的扭转振动特性图谱,根据这些图谱可以预测轴系有关参量改变时的扭转振动状况和曲轴自由端的最大振幅变化。文中分析了车用柴油机台架试验时扭转振动的自由端振幅超过允许限的原因。提出了轴系的最佳匹配方案。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the torsional vibration characteristics of the shaft system of a vehicle diesel engine with the viscous-fluid damper on the testbed, charts with patterns of the torsional vibration of dangerous harmonic order have been plotted. By these charts, the maximum amplitude of torsional vibration of the shaft system can be estimated and the cause of the excessive amplitude can be analyzed. A feasible scheme for improving the designs with suitable adjustment of the masses and stiffness of the shaft system is proposed.The effect of the viscous-fluid damper and the highly flexible (rubber)coupling on the reduction of the vibration amplitude have been studied indetail.
