MNA晶体有效非线性系数的计算

摘    要:有机晶体MNA不仅具有极好的光学非线性特性,而且有可能生长成天然的波导薄膜,是一种极有潜力的集成光学材料。本文通过对MNA晶体有效非线性系数deff的计算,得到其在Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类共线相匹配时的deff分别为18pm/V与34pm/V。

Abstract:MNA (2-methyl-4-nitroaniline) organic crystal is a very promising material for signal processing in integrated optics because of its extremely large optical nonlinearities and the potential to grow naturally a waveguide film. The effective nonlinear coefficient deff of MNA for second-harmonic generation have been calculated for the first time, in case of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ collinear phase matching.
