带钢轧机板形板厚最优综合控制系统的设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种通过支承辊弯曲实现带钢轧机板形板厚综合调节的新颖设计方案。首先根据横向厚差的精度要求来确定支承辊弯辊力的跟随系数,然后设计综合控制系统。依本设计方法,不会出现用工作辊实行板形板厚控制所存在的系统复杂、调整困难等一系列问题。数字仿真及微机模拟试验表明:本设计方案不但正确、可行,而且系统具有良好的动态性能並具备最优性。

Abstract:A new optimal control synthesis scheme of shape and thickness on cold strip mills is presented in this paper. The scheme implemented by means of bending backup rolls. First, the coefficient is selected by accuracy requirment of transverse thickness difference, then the System is synthesiscd. Secondly, the optimal linear adjuster of the control SyStem on the strip on shape and thickness is designed by this method. The digital simulated test has proved not only the feasibility of the design scheme, but also the good dynamical property and optima lity.
