摘    要:利用HPLC技术在日本蛇根草中检测到了抗癌药物喜树碱(CPT)和羟基喜树碱(HCPT),而这2种药物是当今世界应用比较广泛的抗癌药物.蛇根草是中国传统的中草药,检测到日本蛇根草中含有CPT和HCPT,为获得这2种抗癌药物提供了新的生药途径,同时也为利用基因工程手段提高蛇根草中CPT和HCPT含量奠定了基础.

Abstract:The anticancer drug Camptothecin(CPT) and Hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) were detected in Ophiorrhiza japonica by high-performance liquid chromatogram(HPLC).The discovery of CPT and HCPT in such a Chinese traditional herb might provide a new approach to produce CPT and HCPT,which also served as an alternative model experimental system for studying CPT biosynthesis and even improving CPT content by genetic engineering in the future.
