| Abstract: | A new procedure was developed for preparing carbon films with magnetic metal nanoparticles by thermolysis of a polymer precursor. The conditions for preparing carbon films with required surface concentration of the metal nanoparticles and hence with dielectric or metallic properties were determined. |
