Lateral effects in nonresonance cooperative Raman scattering

Abstract:Using an integral representation, a system of equations of a semiclassical theory for the nonresonance cooperative Raman scattering of a rectangular pulse is solved numerically disregarding pumping depletion and lag effects. The pulse shape and directivity diagram for Stokes and anti-Stokes radiation are calculated for various Fresnel numbers. M. E.
