| 摘 要： | 探索用系统科学原理和方法分析工业化住宅的形成过程，讨论了工业化住宅系统的结构模型，邻接矩阵，数学模型及知识模型，构建了工业化住宅系统的集成模型，提出了工业化住宅系统优化设计原则和目标函数，分析了工业化住宅形成过程的多级递阶协调控制结构．为住宅工业化提供相关的理论指导．

| Abstract: | This paper tries to find out a way to analyze the industrialized housing system with the principle and method of systems science, and it also discusses the structural model of the industrialized housing system, the adjoining matrix, mathematical model and knowledge model; builds an integrated model of the industralized housing system; puts forward the design principle and objective function of the industrialized housing system optimization; analyzes the multipolar hierarchial coordinated control construction, and provides some related theoretical guidance. |
